The building will use heating, air-conditioning and mechanical systems and lighting packages with high energy efficiency ratings. Recycled products will also be incorporated in construction.

CKW Announcements
Ground Breaking Woodstock ENT
CKW was awarded CM Services for Northwestern Mutual Goodwin Wright at Phipps Tower. The project is 52,541 square feet and is projected to be completed by the end of 2010.

Lasik Vision Institute is moving into Galleria 75 with the assistance of CKW. This adds yet another Laser Eye Facility to an already deep resume for the company.

CKW continues with Phase 2 and 3 for Radiant Systems assisting with the Manufacturing relocation and construction of a Circuit Board Clean Room.

Children’s Orthopaedics of Atlanta opened a new location in Marietta, Ga. Construction
management by CKW & Associates, LLC ensured the project was completed almost three weeks
prior to move in and significantly under budget.

CKW & Associates recently completed the management of the design and construction for See Baby and Brad Bootstaylor, M.D. See Baby is the first high-risk obstetrics medical practice in Atlanta to incorporate a chic upscale spa-like feel within a perinatology office that cares for "high-risk" pregnancy.
