CKW & Associates, LLC located in Atlanta, specializes in the management of high quality design and construction from concept through completion, enabling our clients to focus on their core business, saving them time and money. The Company provides comprehensive consulting to Landlords, Owners and Tenants for all related design and construction activities.

With services provided to the tenant market beginning in 2002, CKW & Associates, formerly CK-CM was created in 2004 after the request by Cousins Properties Incorporated to provide project consulting for their medical office portfolio. Over the past eight years we have served multiple Landlords, Owners and Tenants to manage more than 100 projects, totaling more than 1.2 million square feet and over $74 million in project costs. We ensure the highest level of quality and service at competitive costs for our clients.

Our highly capable staff represents an efficient balance of professional experience and expertise with regard to all creative and financial aspects of property construction and development. Our partnership-oriented, team approach allows us to efficiently manage and monitor a project through Pre-Design, Conceptual Design, Design Documentation, Construction Documentation, Bid/Negotiation, Construction and Project Closeout.

During our entire professional careers which include over 55 years of combined experience, our staff has successfully consulted on more than $350 million in design and construction projects.
